Bethany Beyond the Jordan Baptism Site Foundation (EIN 87-1307710) is recognized by the U.S. IRS as a publicly supported tax-exempt organization under IRC § 501(c)(3). Donations to BBJBSF are tax-deductible by U.S. taxpayers to the full extent permitted by law. In accordance with IRS requirements, contributions to BBJBSF are at the sole disposition of its Board of Directors. However, BBJBSF’s Board will give all due consideration to support projects undertaken by the Foundation for the Development of Lands Adjacent to the Baptism Site and similar charitable, educational, religious, and scientific organizations.
